Connectivity

3 days without broadband, telephoned you was on hold for an hour then you cut me off, emailed, tried chat told you get back intouch within 24hrs but its been 36 hrs now. I work from home and losing money due to your lack of service and you arent interested. Im not the only one in my area with the same experience and you had a nerve to send me my monthly bill at 2.30am this morning. Time for me to leave you after 15 years of loyalty. Not a very unhappy customer
