I have been having this issue over the past week and it was working fine 2 weeks ago.
I have a subscription to shadow tech which is a win 10 machine on the cloud. To connect to it I use a shadow ghost which acts as a thin client which is connected via ethernet cable into the smart hub virgin provides. This requires constant internet between 25-40mb/s. It is very noticeable when playing a game or watching a movie when there is packet loss and the screen freezes for a few seconds.
Not sure what to do as I have 300mb download. Have rebooted the router a few times, disconnected all other devices including ones that require WiFi and still issue persists.
