Rubbish service from #virginmedia #virginbroadband Broadband virtually useless for over last FIFTEEN DAYS and each day message is it will be fixed by 6pm and still **bleep** service. Had to use phone data for my work at extra costs. Pathetic service and customer service.

I'd advise you to sort it!!! Get the team and customer service to post it on their forum themselves to find out how long the outages will take for #virginmedia to fix. @virginmedia stop ignoring the customer!!!
