Trying to work from home, but rdp connection keeps dropping. Upload speed 0.2mbs when wired directly into hub. Diagnostic test on website crashes. Modem has lots of warnings and critical messages in the logs.
Rang call center at 12:44 the agents system crashed and she said she'd call me back. Never got a call back. Just rang again (14:16) and the call center is now closed 😞
