Connection keeps dropping

Unfortunately multiple times during the day the internet connection to my router drops (running in modem mode with a Netgear Nighthawk router).

Power levels are not out of spec.. Upstream maybe a little high downstream maybe a little low.

I can see the odd loss of sync and T3 timeout!

VM will want to test it out - to do this, you'll need the hub in router mode.

If you can please put the Hub into router mode and let us know 

That way we can check a few things from here

I have had a look and the Downstream has flagged up an one upstream level is out of range 

It is going to need an engineer to come out

I will need to send you a private message to pass security to arrange this 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
