power levels on downstream are all within spec but you have post-rs errors on all of the channels - they're not huge numbers, but they're there - when did you last reboot the hub, and how quickly do they accumulate?
your logs also show quite a lot of channel drops (rcs partial service) which is a concern.
you haven't uploaded the upstream tab yet.. be useful to see it.
everything is within spec, i don't know if the volume of errors you're seeing is problematic. post-rs errors are when a damaged/malformed packet arrives at the hub, if the hub can fix the packet it increments the pre-rs counter, if the hub can't fix it then it becomes a post-rs error. Generally speaking, the closer to 0 the better. There are examples of them being in the tens of thousands so, like i said, at the volume you're seeing i am not sure how big of an issue it is..
