Connection issues

My connection has started dropping all the time. Most of the time when i go on social media or watch a movie it doesn't load. Even when i watch a movie all of a sudden it gets stuck. Same with instagram and everything. This happens on all the devices at my house. I've tried resetting the hub running the test and everything. I'm starting to wonder if it is an issue of the hub and if i should ask for a replacement. Please help.

Are you using WiFi or a wired connection? If WiFi, do you have any wired connections? If so do they also drop out.

I use wifi on my phone and a wired connection for the ps4 but that drops out as well.

If wired devices drop out then it could be a service issue. Ring 150 and report it as a fault. They can test your connection remotely
