Connection is a dumpster fire

Hi,

Tried updating my existing thread but nobody has replied to it.  Trying a new thread.

History

  • Had ping/latency/packet loss problems
  • Engineer attended site, replaced some coax, swapped pairs in the cab and all was well.
  • 20th April it all started going wrong again and now my connection looks like this:

Tried rebooting router, modem etc.

Can I have a triage/engineer please?

Re: Connection is a dumpster fire

Hey Scott,

Seems to be the same story again after the reset.

17 instances of drops/packet loss in the last 24 hours. 😞

Modem duff?

Re: Connection is a dumpster fire

As you'll see from my original thread I posted patiently for 2 weeks without a reply.

I supplied diagnostic and BQM information, and nudged the thread periodically and nobody answered.

So my only other option was to raise a new post, which did get a response.  Please fee free to respond with assistance in the original thread however.
