Connection intermittently cuts off for a few seconds

So, my connection throughout the day intermittently cuts out for for a few seconds and then comes back (Both Cable and Wi-Fi). I feel like it's a Hub issue since nobody in the area has theirs cut out and the BQM doesn't show any total cuts. It's been happening for over a month now. Have done full resets to no avail. Any help would be great, thanks!

Looks ok apart for 8:40am when their was a drop

On a wired connection run cmd and ping -n 200 194.168.4.100 to see if thats stable or ping -t to keep it running.

BQM looks fine. No drops other than the one stated above already

Does this take into account the hub outputting? Like does it just look at the data sent rather than say a dodgy router?

It monitors the connection to the hub. 

What exactly are the issues you’re experiencing on internal devices?
