As you mentioned that your Hub lights keep flashing, please take a look at our Hub lights help page here for more information about what this means and how to resolve this issue.
Please also try rebooting your Hub or completing a full factory reset.
As you're experiencing some issues with your TV picture quality, I would advise to complete a TV box reboot, check that all the wiring is input correctly. If this does not resolve your issue, please take a look at our self help TV faults page here.
