Connection fluctuations

My broadband and WiFi  keep switching off then back on.

The router has different colours. Flashing arrows. WiFi on 2 tablets are intermittently cut off.

Also my TV keeps pixelating.

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing a few issues with your equipment and service.

 

Can you tell how long this issue has been ongoing for?

 

As you mentioned that your Hub lights keep flashing, please take a look at our Hub lights help page here for more information about what this means and how to resolve this issue.
Please also try rebooting your Hub or completing a full factory reset.

 

As you're experiencing some issues with your TV picture quality, I would advise to complete a TV box reboot, check that all the wiring is input correctly. If this does not resolve your issue, please take a look at our self help TV faults page here.

Hello Paulina 

The problem was solved by an engineer this morning. Box outside was erratic.
