So joined 2 weeks ago, first week no issues, since last Monday I got the update signal on the hub 3. Since then I’ve had sporadic connection, I’ve done the reset thing etc. when use the check connection I get no issues on the network, then after running tests on equipment I get your hub needs resetting or there are issues in your postcode. Which do you believe????
