Connection drops between 12.15am and 1.15am

Hey guys,

My Hub 3.0 has been dropping its connection at roughly 00:15 - 1:00 am every day for the last 3 months. 

Due to lockdown, i have had to work a lot more from Home and reguarly have to pull night shifts and its getting to the point now where it is causing me headaches with regards to my productivity.

The lights on the Hub3.0 all go out, and it goes through what appears to be a restart. However, sometimes it can take upto 45 mins to reconnect. What diagnostics do you guys need and i can get it posted asap

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Very sorry for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual. 

I'm also sorry you've been having some issues late at night, this isn't good. 

I've had a quick check of the account and can't see anything popping out at the moment. 

Do you have a BQM set up (broadband quality monitor)? If not could you set one up and post the results so we can see what issues you're seeing?
