Connection dropping

We've been having constant issues with out WiFi. It has now dropped out Again, we have tried preforming a test and it says we have to do a second one on the website but when it goes to do it, it says the page does not exist. Will this ever be fixed?! The first year of WiFi we had no problems I sung their praises and now it's problem after problem and at this rate will certainly never touch them again

Re: Connection dropping

Hi Kyleg073,

Have you tried changing the channel on the WiFi settings in the hub menu ?.

sometimes the fact new devices are more modern and connect in different ways means that they interfere with the Hub. Maybe something is new from a year ago that’s why problems have appeared.

Does the Hub work via Ethernet ?

Try doing the test when plugged into Ethernet, this may fix the webpage not loading

Have you got a Hub 3?

Does any lights show or change when WiFi drops out, Does the Hub do any restarts ?, Does the hub show any green lights ?.

I would advise having a look at the WiFi channel settings but if you are unable to do so, then please call customer service as they can support you in looking at the router. An engineer maybe needed if there is any cable damage, cable wear or if the router is faulty.

Many Thanks

Hursty
