Connection Quality Low

I am currently experiencing lower speeds than usual, and dropouts

It has been increasing in interference to the quality of service any ideas what may be causing it, it has been stable since late 2019.

Possibly!

Have you checked online for outages?

or the most useful and up to date info comes from the 0800 561 0061 number. Try that to see if there are any faults that the web service hasn't picked up!

thanks for your post, I am sorry you are having issues with slow speeds, I have located your account and cannot see anything that would be causing the slow speeds, are you able to post a recent live BQM link ?

Thanks for posting your results. 

 

From looking at your account I can't see anything that could be affecting your WiFi, but have noticed you have reset your router in a while. Would you mind just carrying out a reset just to see if this makes a difference.
