Connection Problems

Hi

Having major issues with connectivity over the past few days. Getting multiple disconnects and v slow speeds, the last server test using Speedtest gave me 1.57mb down and 0.81 up and my Superhub 3 is stuck on the amber light.

I already  carried out a Hub reset several times with no change in connectivity and on phoning Virgin they just told me to reset and try that..with no change.

Any ideas ??

Can you go into the router config and share your upstream and downstream power levels?

Connected to the Superhub but couldnt see anywhere with this on it..

What version of hub is it? It tells you on the label.

You said it’s a Hub3. Go to 192.168.0.1, on first screen click button at bottom of screen, this will give you a tabbed page to view the stats and network log.
