Hi there, I'm experiencing drop outs and slow loads. This is particularly impacting video calls. Once things kick in, it's fine until the next drop. The issue is primarily experienced on wifi. I've done a hard reset / reboot, but the issues persists. Please see logs below. I'm a new customer and the issue has been intermittent since my account begin in late Dec. I have a Hub 3.
