Moved in to my new flat a few weeks ago and while gaming I constantly get packet loss.
So far I've done the following and not been able to rectify the issue:
- Hard power cycled my personal router and Virgin Hub
- Disconnected my router and tried it with just the Virgin Hub
- Isolated all connections to the router and tried just using my Xbox (still had packet loss)
This makes me believe it is got to be something on the Virgin Media connection side.
After checking the stats I believe the downstream power level is too high and the upstream is on the lower end of the spectrum.
