Connected with no Internet

Hi, 

For the past 3 hours I've had no Internet, I've tried all the resets suggested and all I'm getting back is the 'connected with no internet' and that's through both ethernet and WiFi, any ideas?

I have checked your hub and its showing as being back online

How are things looking now?

I have the same issue. Have already sent a text but no response. 

 

I have reset my router twice now. I have checked all the connections. All are fine. I have no outages in my area according to your website. The internet connection has been down all day and when I connect I get "Connected, no internet".

If nothing is showing under My Virgin Media   you could also try the  Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

Tried that number. No issues in my area apparently. 

 

I'm having to use my phone hot spot to connect my devices. The Virgin router clearly has a fault.

If still having some issues can we please confirm if any wired devices are experiencing the same issue?

 

Have you already attempted the pin hole reset and checked all the cables are secure?
