On both my personal and work laptop , the WiFi will connect but a ‘no internet’ message will appear and the WiFi will not work at all. My room is directly next to the WiFi box. It does connect on my phone however. I have tried to reset, turn off, re-plug in cables and nothing makes a difference. Please help.

Ive had the same problem for months, I thought it was my devices for a long time but after monitoring with thinkbroadband page I can see i get regular packetloss and disconnects.
Did you get it sorted?
