Connected devices on hub3

Hi having trouble with my hub3 internet l have 2 WiFi devices connected which I know about also 3 ethernet devices connected but I have noticed 5 more ethernet devices showing up on my hub 3 when no devices are connected plus my hub3 is always asking me to do a factory reset when I do a reset can not access hub3 says password has been changed?

Are you using any powerline plugs?

I do use power line adapters but was not being used plus have used before and never had connection problems until this week
