Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting connected. Just a few things we'd like to ask so we can advise further and better understand the issue:
Are you an existing customer who's move home, or a new customer starting in your new home?
How were you set up? Did you have the equipment sent/brought over, or set up by an engineer?
Have you been unable to connect at all since being in the new home?
