Connected App not connecting to Hub 4

Hi there,

 

I am trying to get my VMC App to work so I can see if my Pods are working properly and in the best locations.

I have followed all of the online suggestions. My Hub 4 is in Modem Mode, I am sat next to it 1metre away, cleared the cache on my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, rebooted the router and it still cannot find or connect to the hub.

Any help please?

The app doesn't work when the HUB is in modem mode, unless you meant router mode considering you have pods?

Ah okay thanks, I thought I read online it had to be in modem mode.

Will give it a try that may explain why my Pods don't appear to be working either 😞

In modem mode only one wired device would work. This mode is used for when you want to use your own third party mesh/router.

No other wired or wireless devices will work, including pods.

Thank you for that information. 

Do you have any other devices that have the VMC app on?
