Connect new rooter to my VM hub. Hub is on modem mode

Hi guys . Couple weeks ago I posted a similar issue, but on that time I had a tp link archer d4 and couldn’t get max wi fi speed as VM hub-320Mbs, could rich the max speed of 80Mbs. Now I bought another rooter TP LINK AC2800, quite expensive one, about £180, I ve done all configuration and still the wi fi signal rise to 60-75Mbs instead of 320Mbs. Okay, so do anyone knows, what settings should I do to get aprox speed of 300Mbs. Many thanks.

You may never see speeds over 90 on wireless depending on the device and wireless environment
