So today I signed up to connect app and started running tests my results for hub have been worrying
Hub 5 latency records as 14318 ms
Jitter 776ms
Does this sound high to you?

We joined VM on 2017 - we don't use the flaky VM Connect app - we do not have it installed.
Your Hub stats are fine. Read as Latency 14.318 ms and Jitter perhaps about 2ms.
This over reporting (1000x and about 300x) of the Hub figures by the Connect app has persisted for 18+ months.
Fault reports fall on deaf and / or incapable ears !
