When I go onto the virgin media app it won’t show me what’s connected and I’m unable to pause anymore

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having trying to use the Connect App, please can you reboot your router and at the same time time remove the app from your handset and re-install the app, hopefully this will refresh your hubs connection and should allow the hub to reconnect to the app.
