Hi

when I try and sign in on the connect app it says my account is inactive.

this is a new wifi hub since we have moved house but under the same email.

Welcome back to our community forums and sorry to hear you are having issues with your Connect app. 

We want to best help. Typically with a house move, you would get a new account number. For this reason, you would have to reregister for my VM as seen here https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/register/get-help This may be why you are getting the error. Please try registering and let us know how you get on.

I have tried this and it just keeps taking me back to the page stating I already have an account under this email.  

When I click ‘give us a few more details’ it just keeps taking me back to this page.
