We're sorry to hear you're having issues establishing which devices are which. Currently there isn't a way to rename the devices but we do always take on board the feedback that we receive so will pass this along to the relevant teams.
You should also be aware that there are some issues with pausing devices currently. The teams have advised that doing a PIN hole reset on the hub should allow the pausing feature to work. Make sure you hold the pin in for a minimum of 45 secs before trying again.
