I have downloaded the connect app. I can see ten devices connected However there is another device which is connected to the WiFi but it is not showing on the list. Any ideas why? And how I correct this please. I have deleted the app and re installed. Still not there. Thanks. Audra

Are you still having some trouble seeing the devices which are connected? It may only show a select amount, would you be able to check your Hub settings for the full list? You will find the information needed to log into this on the base of your Hub.
Check the connected devices page in the hubs admin pages instead
