Connect app scan

We have loads of blackspots with the WIFI since we have installed virgin.

I have downloaded the connect app, our hub 3.0 connects to the app but won't find the hub to conduct the blackout scan.

Re: Connect app scan

Why bother scanning for blackspots ?

Just wait for people to complain they have no signal.

Knowing that they are there doesn't fix them, only more powerful Wi-Fi signals will do that.

Re: Connect app scan

If you know you have blackspots then why do you need a sub-par app to tell you as well?
