Connect app problems

My virgin connect app is really unreliable. It often tells me it can’t connect to my hub because somebody else is logged in. Nobody else in my house has the app. 

I have to reboot the hub to be able to see and manage my devices.

It does that.

Just uninstall it and use the hubs admin pages.

Hub admin doesn’t have the same features as the app. That is why I use the app! Or try to.

You can use the MAC filtering page to allow and deny devices.

Thanks, I didn’t know that. 

Bit of a shame about the app. It is a bit easier to do it with that.
