I’m trying to reinstall a virgin booster (it is v hot and disconnected itself a few days ago).
I constantly get this message in the app. I’ve turned the router off and on again a few times, reinstalled the app, signed out and in etc. And am still getting the same message and unable to install the booster.
ive wasted 2 hours of working time on this already this morning and the help files just aren’t helpful!
Setup the booster manually using the paper instructions.
