Connect app doesn’t scan

The ‘scan booster bar code’ section of setting up Hub3 extenders doesn’t actually scan at all. Help desk said uninstall then reinstall the app. Did that had to set up from scratch guess what the ‘scan hub bar code’ didn’t scan!

Hi thanks for that. No. To be honest it’s not clear from the 3 numerical strings which to use. The Hub3 has a simple 8 digit code labelled as such the booster nothing of clarify

the booster doesn’t have one and the hub one doesn’t work

The 8 digit code would be on the router Smiley Happy

i did try that one and the booster set up via the app didn’t recognise it  and still had an orange dot

Can you PIN hole reset the router for me and then try to connect the booster
