I'm an Ooomph customer still waiting for my free wifi pods since March when I try to use the connect app it tells me my account isn't set up for home broadband and there is no option to scan for wifi blackspots however when I first tried this in March I was able to do this.
Has this feature been disabled and how do I order my Wifi Pods?
Tried to via the app but was told out of stock, tried again over the phone a couple of weeks later but still out of stock seems strange the app no longer thinks I have home broadband and won't allow me to scan for wifi black spots.
Had to log out of the connect app and log back in before it recognised I had broadband I will try again through the app to get these wifi pods I understand they aren't the greatest but it will be an improvement on terrible wifi signal I currently have
Managed to speak to a real person mainly for an install appointment for a mini TV box that was supposed to happen last Saturday but Virgin messed that up by not processing the booking on there system after they had confirmed the date and time with me. Anyway after rearranging that I asked about WiFi pods and explained Id been trying since early March and unexpectedly the agent managed to order me one which is coming tomorrow! 👍
