Hi. I am unable to connect my Virgin Connect ap to my Hub 3 router. I have tried a reset and deleted and reinstalled the ap. please advise.

Sorry to see that you're facing problems with the Connect App, can I ask has the App worked previously?
Also are you receiving any error codes?
