Connect App

Why does my connect app say I have no access to my home broadband??????

I used to be able to scan my rooms for best connection but now cannot do this, why???

broadband speed is very poor or non existent late at night/ early hours why, when I pay for 100mb, it should be full on at all hours.???

Tyr uninstalling and reinstalling the app - some people have said that this has cured the issue!

Sorry to hear of the problems you're experiencing with the Connect App, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

 

There was an issue in the last 10 days or so that caused the problems you have mentioned. As Lotharmat has advised uninstalling and reinstalling the app can resolve the issue. If this hasn't worked please check here for assistance and let us know if you need us further.
