Connect App not working

For months now my connect app has shown conflicting settings neither of which can be deleted so I cannot see which pods are connected to which devices. I have lost count of the number of times I have called Virgin to report this.

We are very sorry to hear the Connect App is experiencing issues. 

Can you please try removing the app and the app data from the device and reinstalling it?

I have done this - many many times - this issue has been the same ever since they switched out our hub for a superhub 5
