Connect App not working

Hi all, need some advice with the app. The connect app was working but now when I open it it comes up with exclamation mark above the hub 3 saying please tab to resolve the issue. When I tap on it it takes me to an error page which says ‘something’s not right. It looks like someone else is signed into the setting area of your hub’. There is no one who uses it in the house. The WiFi works fine & has been checked. How do I sort the app issue?

I am getting the same error. I have installed and deleted and reinstalled app. 
Turned on and off and on the hub
