I cannot get the VM connect app to work. I have tried restarting my hub, restarting my phone, deleting an reinstalling the app, but nothing helps. The app used to work fine but in the last 3 weeks or so it fails to connect no matter what I do.
The broadband is working fine.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

The Connect App is super flaky and your not alone in having issues.
Is there any thing that can't be done by connecting to the Hub at : http://192.168.0.1 and using the Hub's menus ?

Doing a factory restart on the hub from the http://192.168.0.1 resolved the issue, thanks for the suggestion.
