Connect App and Pods

Hi there,

Just wondering how best to get a WiFi Pod through the connect app. The room I'm having the most issue with can't get any kind of signal at all and the app keeps having a meltdown because it can't find the hub (I know! That's the problem!). I keep reading that the app will "tell me" that I need a pod, but it won't even return a proper scan result. The web help pages are just taking me round in circles and I don't know what to do!
