Connect App Issues

Hi everyone - I’m fairly new to virgin, 2 months in or so!

Everytime I log on to the connect app to just test my WiFi or look at the devices it always shows an error message. I reset my WiFi and it lets me on for around 5-10 minutes and then shows this error message again. It’s extremely frustrating.

Also, no one knows any of my passwords so it’s confusing.

It’s a bug in the app.

Uninstall it and don’t use it.

I’ve got the same problem. I’ve been on to tech support on a number of occasions to reboot and reset the Hub. Still hasn’t fixed it. I told them it’s an app issue and they said if it was it would have been fixed. They insist it’s a Hub issue so are sending me a new one. I told them it probably won’t solve the issue but let’s wait and see.

I have same issues it also tells me someone else is logged into it when they are not every time I want to use the app I need to reboot hub and set it up again it’s ridiculous. Others have said virgin have said it’s the hub it is not I’ve only had VM about 6 weeks looks like someone saying an app bug is probably spot on

It’s a well known and well documented bug that’s been around for months (maybe even since the app was released).
