Conflicting Wifi Settings and Connect App Failure

Hello,

 

I've  a Hub3 and two of the wifi pods. One of the pods is connected directly to the hub, the other is elsewhere

The settings are conflicting. I have a choice about which of the sets of settings I want to continue with, but regardless of which set of settings I choose, when I 'Apply Changes', the Connect app say something went wrong. 

I've power cycled the hub, and both the wifi hubs.

Any ideas welcomed - thanks,    Paul

Stop wasting your time with the super flaky VM Connect app.

Connect to the Hub at http://192.168.0.1/ login to the menus and apply the settings directly.

I just posted the same issue ... When I got the first WIFI pod it mended itself in a few days. Having added the second one its got in this death loop for about a week. Tried the help desk they were clueless. If you get a mend let me know !

Sorry to hear you've been having some issues with the pod, have you tried moving it around to different places to find the best spot?
