I have the same problem as many people with the VM Connect app (in my instance on Android), namely that it shows a conflict setting on my hub and 1 (of my 2 Pods) when I go into the Broadband tab. In my case the conflict is showing as a different (blank) wifi password.
And again as per other others, there seems to be no way to resolve this conflict, as when I try to Apply Changes I just get an Oops something went wrong screen.
I have a suspicion that one or both may not be fully working due to:
1) wifi dropouts/slow downs in various locations through the house; and
2) for the 1 Pod that does appear in the VM Connect app its connection status is showing as Offline (although both Pods have their lights out which suggest they are connected and working).
I have turned everything off rebooted router, then each Pod in turn a few times, but the problems with the app and more importantly my wifi still exist.
Looking at many other answers, people suggest ignoring the app and going direct to router via 192.168.0.1. My question is whether there is any way in here of seeing/administering my 2x wifi Pods? If so I am missing it. Or indeed is there any other way to manage the Pods?

AFAIK, there is no admin software for the VM Pods. Unfortunately if you want granular control over wifi access points, you will have to buy your own kit, e.g. Unifi or TP-Link. Both these AP's come with controller software.

(It's worth adding that clearly the correct solution is for Virgin to fix the app, which they have stated on here is a work in progress, so my question relates to the interim solution to seeing/managing Pods)

Ah OK, thanks for the info. So there isn't even a way to know if they are properly connected, aside from if the light is off, they theoretically should be?

They don't even have a device name set, so in the list of connected devices they just appear as another "unknown" - not too helpful

"Unknown" device is very common in the modern age where all laptops and mobiles have MAC Address Randomisation and can generate a new (random) MAC that may not match any vendor, or even more confusing matches a vendors of a different product E.g. a SkyTV / HP Desktop appears to be connected, devices that you do not have.
