Configuration for the Hub 3 m600 speed issue

Does anyone know what the correct configuration for the Hub 3 should be.I am an Ultimate Oomph customer. I recently installed the 3 intelligent WiFi pods and received a email a few weeks ago advising that "We’ve been busy upgrading our Intelligent WiFi tech to give you our most reliable WiFi experience with your Hub 3.The good news is this new-and-improved WiFi is now live in your home, at no extra cost." How do I find out if this upgrade has been made or could someone look at my configuration details below. Seems you have one upstream so that needs to be looked at.

Thanks for the reply. 

Not being technical with such things, what would you suggest I need to do/ what should I do, about the upstream?

Reboot your Hub and check again.  If it still only negotiates one US channel then an engineer will be required to sort it out.

As for the Wifi, what firmware version are you on at present?
