Complete Loss Of TV and Broadband

Hello, 

 

During storm last night we lost briefly all electricity. Whilst everything else came back on we have no tv or broadband, the latter is more important as special needs son heavily reliant on it.

TV "loads" is stuck on 16%.

Errors C130 and C133 show on tv screen.

Router just flashes red. 

've noticed the connecting plug which normally has a red light doesn't show this. 

 

Online checks done, apparently my router is off !

I have a technical appointment due now later this week but due to sons needs was wondering who I can refer to please to see if any other earlier assistance could be forthcoming ?
