Complaint

Does anyone have a direct line to complain and report a fault been trying the 150 to report and get no where , engineer who installed says he doesn't have time , no one ever Answers the message centre online unless your buying or upgrading , worst possible customer service I've known

Call at 08.00 (09.00 Sun) for the best chance of getting through quickly.

Meanwhile if you post here what the actual issue(s) are - that you want to complain about - someone on here might offer some pertinent advice.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
