Cold weather causing fault

Internet keeps going off when temp below zero or in snow . Had engineer out second year in a row . They don’t seem to think can be weather related but goes off at during night when temp drop & stays off until late morning when things defrost ?

Anyone else have this issue or any idea what could be causing it

Re: Cold weather causing fault

power levels can change according to temperature - can you browse to your hub on http://192.168.0.1 - don't log in, click on Router Status and copy/paste the detail back here from the Upstream, Downstream and Network Log tabs.. you will need to split this across multiple posts..

Re: Cold weather causing fault

can you post them as text, rather than images? (just select the tables and CTRL+C -> CTRL+V back into this thread - one post per table...)
