Basically William Hill say its nothing to do with them.

That's what I think but they keep saying that it can't be their issue as no one else has reported it! We are using 4G with the App and alternative bookies so it's their loss!

It's probably your IP being blocked rather than a wider issue

you get them to unblock your IP.

Its then that have to fix this. Nothing VM can do

yes, get William Hill to fic it. What they say doesn't matter. Their service is blocking your IP. it's not your connection and VM can't legally help you get passed an IP block. It has to be removed by the server hosts.

So I went into Hills to copy the error.....and the website is back again!

Don't know why it was blocked or why it's back again but thanks to everyone for their help.
