Citrix

hi guys, I have been only working from home for 2 months and all is well.... but the last 8 (working days) I can’t get onto Citrix, after 3 lap tops and numerous reboots blah blah blah .. I question VM, after 72mins on hold I was told I would be put through to someone who could maybe help. I got cut off ... 😩😩😩😩😩 I am ready to lose my mind and my job if this isn’t fixed I am at a loss!!!

Citrix won't let you log in if you haven't updated the software. You would have gotten requests, (prior to it stopping working,) for you to update but these are easily ignored. Try updating it and make sure you run your AV software regularly as it likes to see that current too.

Hi, 

yes all software up to date I am at a total loss... spoke to VM last night was transferred to a specialist team and cut off after 70mins 😡

Can you run a tracert to the server/IP that you're connecting to, and does it reach the destination?
