Checking Remedy Status

Hi,

Please could someone confirm the Estimated End Date on Remedy F008572165.

The Estmated End Date was 26th Feb 2021 last time I was told, just wondered if this is still the same?

The service I am recieving is getting worse and therefore I need a fix to be sorted soon or I will have to change providers as soon as my contract is up.

See if the automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 give any more info first

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Thank you for the suggestion. I had tried this, it tells me about the fault but no estimated end date!

I have signed up to text updates but am yet to receive anything and been signed up to them for months now.  

Would be great if someone from Virgin can update me on the estimated end date.
