Changing router settings, possible reset

Hi,

I was going to try adjusting some of my router settings (MTU) but I need to insert a password in order to get to these settings. I haven't a clue what my password is so I think I need to reset my router and use the wifi password to gain access to these settings (am I right?). Thing is, when I reset my router I will also need to re-set up the router too (!). Does anybody know how easy/difficult this is to do?

Cheers,

GingerOverlord

Re: Changing router settings, possible reset

If you have a speed or stability issue it is not MTU related.

For VM the standard MTU is 1500 which matches the default used for Ethernet network connections.

The Hub menu password is on a printed sticker.
